Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not send any items back without obtaining an RA number.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of your items.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
